Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are final upon delivery. However, we understand that purchasing art online requires trust, and we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Before Purchase Confirmation:

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the artwork has not yet shipped.

Damage in Transit:

• If an artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• We will arrange for the artwork to be returned at our expense and issue a full refund or replacement.

• All original works are insured during shipping.

Authenticity Guarantee:

• All works are guaranteed authentic and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

• If authenticity is disputed, return within 14 days for full refund (authentication costs to be borne by disputing party if work is proven authentic).

 

Limited Edition Prints & Reproductions

Return Window:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrectly described

Refund Processing:

• Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving returned item

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Refunds issued to original payment method

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or commissioned works

• Digital downloads

• Items marked as "final sale"

1. General Terms

By purchasing from robertburatti.art, you agree to these terms and conditions. Robert Buratti (the "Artist") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated

• Prices include GST where applicable

• Payment accepted via [insert payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.]

• Payment must be received in full before artwork shipment

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

• Standard shipping: 5-10 business days

• Express shipping available at additional cost

• Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on size and destination

 

International Shipping:

• Shipping times vary by destination (typically 10-21 business days)

• Buyer responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

• All international shipments fully insured and tracked

 

Delivery:

• Signature required for all original artwork deliveries

• If no one is available to sign, item will be left at local postal facility for collection

 

4. Copyright & Reproduction Rights

• Copyright remains with the Artist for all works

• Purchase of physical artwork does not include reproduction rights

• Images may not be reproduced, scanned, or used for commercial purposes without written permission

• Artist retains the right to reproduce images for portfolio, exhibition, and promotional purposes

 

5. Commissioned Works

• 50% non-refundable deposit required to commence commissioned work

• Completion timeline communicated upon commission acceptance

• Client entitled to up to two rounds of reasonable revisions

• Final payment due before delivery

• Commission agreements subject to separate written contract

 

6. Care & Maintenance

• Original artworks should be kept away from direct sunlight

• Avoid extreme temperature and humidity fluctuations

• Professional framing recommended for works on paper

• Cleaning instructions provided with each purchase

 

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information collected only for order fulfillment

• Email addresses used for order updates and occasional studio announcements

• You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time

• We do not sell or share customer information with third parties

• Data stored securely in compliance with Australian Privacy Principles

 

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia

• We encourage direct communication to resolve any issues

• If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to Australian Consumer Law

 

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Artist is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers

• Maximum liability limited to the purchase price of the artwork

• The Artist is not responsible for color variations due to monitor calibration
