Robert Buratti is a curator, artist, and researcher based in Perth, whose contributions to the art world span both national and international projects. His artworks have been showcased in prestigious venues such as the SH Ervin Gallery, Devonport Regional Gallery, Mornington Peninsula Regional Gallery, New York University, and WA Museum Boorla Bardip, and have been recognized in a number of major prizes including the Doug Moran Portrait Prize, Lester Prize, Brisbane Art Prize, and Cossack Art Awards, among others.

Buratti's curatorial work has led to significant projects for national and regional museums, including the National Trust of Australia and City Gallery Wellington, as well as collaborations with academic institutions such as New York University and the University of Western Australia. His contributions have also extended to the Venice Biennale. Notably, in 2012, he curated "Windows to the Sacred," a groundbreaking exhibition of 120 works of esoteric art that toured New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania, showcasing the spiritual dimensions of art.

In 2024, Buratti achieved a milestone by curating the first major West Australian exhibition of pop icon Andy Warhol in collaboration with the National Gallery of Australia, introducing 53 original works valued at over $148 million to local audiences for the first time.

His creative partnerships encompass a wide range, including collaborations with NASA's Osiris-Rex mission, The Tea Party, and the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. In the music industry, he has formed associations with Sony Music and digital platforms such as Amazon and Audius. As a writer and arts commentator, his insights have been featured in international publications and media outlets, including The Australian Newspaper, Art Collector Magazine, Raw Vision New York, the Australian Art Review, ABC Television, Foxtel, and ABC Radio.

Buratti has also worked with numerous luxury brands, including the Sheraton Hotel Group, Duxton Hotels, Pan-Pacific Hotels, LVMH Group, and Moët Hennessy, focusing on creating impactful and engaging art experiences.

His achievements have been recognized with several awards and grants, including the inaugural Porto X Arts Grant (Creative Australia), the Gordon Darling Foundation Curatorial Grant, University of WA Research Grant (Curatorial Studies), the Sydney University Incubate Arts Grant, and the MBAS Studio Grant as artist-in-residence at the City of Fremantle.
